Order cut-off
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are processed the same day.
Handling time
In-stock items are dispatched promptly. If an item needs to be ordered in, please allow 1–3 working days before dispatch.
Weekend processing
Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Monday are processed on Tuesday. We are closed on Mondays, and there are no weekend collections.
Delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, covering all UK areas. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer.
