Athena Cleanse is for keeping your roots healthy and free of mineral build up and organic debris. It is made from one of the most effective root optimising ingredients, hypochlorous acid. This is derived from salt and an electro chemical process that many other cleaning agents do not use. It has powerful oxidative properties, breaking down and clearing unwanted material in the system. It is both non toxic and safe for plants at any stage of their life cycle. Cleanse is also a very effective flushing agent for the very end of the grow to remove all scale and mineral build-up that may accrue in feeding lines.
How To Use
System Maintenance:
Irrigation systems that are regularly run Athena Cleanse treatment will last longer, and run more optimally throughout. This is because Cleanse helps break down scale, mineral build-up, and other organic matter that clog up the system.
Regular Use:
Use a dilute mixture of 2-5 mL per gallon water and add to your reservoir for regular maintenance.
Severe Conditions:
Increase rate to 5-10 mL per gallon water for combatting severe reservoir and growing media conditions.
Cuttings/Clones:
Athena Cleanse is very effective in all cloning machines and with fresh cuttings. Dip fresh cuttings in a solution of Cleanse (10 mL per gallon) to improve cell health and increase immunity. Seedlings and cuttings will have more vitality and are more likely to grow into robust plants. Roots will be bright white and bursting with tiny feeder root hairs when you use Cleanse.
