The G.A.S Controller Replacement Probe is available in case you lose or damage an original one from a set. This is the standard length sensor that comes with most controllers and is a like for like swap out. The end of the cable has a connection fitting that plugs into a controller box. Not all probes have this connection, though, so be sure you’re choosing the right one for your needs.
The G.A.S Controller Replacement Probe may be a useful purchase if you are starting to get erratic readings or behaviour from the fans. If the original probe starts to malfunction for some reason, buying a new one is a far cheaper option than replacing the controller. There are other probes available from G.A.S if you need something different. These are the Long Length with Connector, Standard Length for Push Fit and the Long Length for Push Fit. Available G.A.S Fan Controllers
At Canterbury Hydroponics, we have have the whole range of G.A.S controllers that we can supply. There is the AC-EC Controller, the Enviro Controller, the AC1 and Pro Step 4 amp, 8 amp, Plus 4 amp and Plus 8 amp. All of these are suitable for AC Fans (the Enviro and AC-EC do both types of fan). For EC Control, there is the EC Speed Controller, EC1, EC2 and EC5 and the EC Balancer for adjusting negative pressure.
