The Mother Nature CO2 Bucket 10L is a carbon dioxide generator for your closed room grow, in a self contained kit. Many fast growing plants use more CO2 than what usually passively flows in, so it makes sense to supplement. It can double the amount of carbon dioxide in your room, which will boost photosynthesis and sugar production. Not only this, plants can tolerate higher temperatures, grow faster and bear bigger fruits.

Using the Mother Nature CO2 Bucket is easy! The air pump that comes with the kit attaches to the bottom pipe going into the bucket and it should be plugged into a timer on the same schedule as the lights. Aim the outlet pipe at the top into the back of an oscillating fan to get maximum coverage. Alternatively, you can aim it into the plant canopy if you’d prefer. While CO2 is heavier than air, an active airflow in the room will easily lift it away from the plants, so bear that in mind.

When the lights come on, the pump starts up and pushes air into the bucket, which pushes CO2 out. When the lights switch off, the special bacteria active and re-energise the bucket. The Mother Nature CO2 Bucket will last up to 6 months and will raise ppm up to 800 in a 1.2m square area. Maintenance is easy – all you need to do is ensure it doesn’t dry out. Add the amount of water on the instructions when you see it getting low. That’s it!

The Mother Nature CO2 Bucket has now been redesigned with the bucket contents packed dry, instead of wet. This eliminates the odours inside the bucket, often present before it was sold. Now that it is dry, you need to activate it before use by adding 2.5L of hot (not boiling!) water, replacing the lid and leaving to stand for 24 hours. After this time you’re ready to begin CO2 production!
