The Round Saucer 45cm is for use beneath a pot to catch any run off water that would otherwise be a problem. The rim of the saucer flares out slightly to help with location of the pot, especially if the fit is a little tight. We’d always recommend using a larger saucer than the base of the pot, if space allows, though. This way, the saucer won’t fill up so much if you over water. A tough plastic build means the Round Saucer 45cm will last for many years with proper care. Please note – the 45cm is the measurement across the widest part of the saucer, at the top of the rim. The base measures less on the inside at the base where the pot sits at about 42cm. Be sure to measure the base of your pot so you know it will fit!
Alternatives to the Round Saucer 45cm
We have a few other sizes of round saucer in stock at Straight Up Hydro. These are 30cm, 35cm and 40cm plus we also have a 60cm Round Tray. We also have a couple of Square Saucers which would better suit square pots. These come in 2 sizes, 25cm and 29cm.
