The CarboAir 100 Filter 315 x 1000 has a design that efficiently removes VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) from the grow room. Each filter is built by hand in Europe and uses a 100mm bed of virgin activated granular carbon. This thickness of carbon is twice the depth of some other brands and offers extreme levels of filtration. Alongside this carbon, the long body allows a huge amount of airflow and the absorption of huge volumes of VOC’s. The carbon itself activates during production at over 1000 degrees Celsius, which really opens the pores for incredibly high absorption rates. They also make filters with 50mm beds and 60mm bed if you don’t need quite this level of scrubbing!
A CarboAir 100 Filter is perfect for grow rooms that have large fans and big odour problems! Each filter comes complete with a machine washable pre-filter for getting rid of larger particulates. Using the highest quality materials allows for a finer mesh. It is 55.5% “open” and lets through more air, meaning more filtration. These filters are available in a range of sizes, all with different airflow ratings. The extra carbon in CarboAir 100 filters makes them heavier than their thinner bed counter parts. Be sure your ceiling/ tent can handle the weight!
