The Systemair RVK 315 A1 Fan is a German made inline fan that is of proven reliability and can be trusted to be maintenance free. The RVK 315 A1 fan has been a favourite choice for indoor growers for many years, and for good reason. You can position them anywhere in the grow room or grow tent using the convenient mounting bracket. They are housed in a casing of extremely durable 30% fibre glass reinforced polypropylene. This means they will withstand most grow room uses, running 24 hours a day with no issues.
Please note that RVK fans do not come with a power cables and require a suitable plug such as the IEC to UK Plug Power Lead or the G.A.S 5m IEC to UK Plug Cable. If you’re using one of these cables, check the amp rating against the cable before use. We recommend switching the fuse out for a 5 amp for better protection. The fan will still work with a 13 amp fuse but there is a slightly higher risk of damage in case of a surge.
The RVK 315 A1 fan is a versatile piece of kit and many people use them in air intake and extraction systems. One of the main reasons is that the quality is there at a relatively low price. Many other fans are a lot more expensive and, while they may be a little quieter, or a little more efficient, the RVK is great for the price. These are AC fans and are suitable for use with an appropriate fan controller. Please be aware, that some controllers can make the fan hum or buzz as the controller adjusts the speed.
