The Rhino 315mm Ultra Non-Silenced Fan is a compact EC fan that, unlike the Ultra Silenced Fan, has no sound suppressing features. It can deliver high air flow at high pressures to keep the gas exchange at effective levels. As this is an EC fan, you can speed up or slow down air flow from 0% to 100% with no buzzing or humming. Each Ultra Fan comes with a simple manual speed controller which you can use to make adjustments. If you want more automation, the fans are compatible with G.A.S brand EC Fan Controllers.
EC Fans such as this can be up to half as loud as a comparable AC while still pushing the same volume of air. Upon start up, the fan begins turning softly, rather than hitting maximum speed as soon as it can. This helps eliminate energy spikes and helps prolong the life of the components. The Rhino 315mm Ultra Non-Silenced Fan has brackets that you can use to attach to a wall or ceiling.
